This is an appeal by the defendant, Edward Hall, from a judgment which the circuit court entered in favor of the plaintiffs in a replevin action; the defendant's answer had presented a counterclaim for $500 damages. The action which terminated in that manner was originally filed in the District Court for Multnomah County by the plaintiffs to recover the possession of an electronic instrument (combination television, radio and phonograph...
