This appeal presents for determination the validity of an order enjoining foreclosure of plaintiffs' equity of redemption in real and personal property described in a deed of trust from plaintiffs to defendant Kellogg securing payment of the balance of the purchase price owing defendant Parkerson pending ascertainment of the amount, if any, due when the property was advertised for sale.
