This is an appeal from a final judgment for plaintiff which was entered pursuant to verdict of the jury in a suit for personal injuries said to result from negligence of defendants in the operation of a motor vehicle.

At the close of plaintiff's case and again at the close of all the evidence, the defendants moved for a directed verdict on the ground, in substance, that the evidence was insufficient to establish negligence on the part of defendants...
