Charles E. Wilson et al., the heirs of J. J. Smit, and W. D. Evans, appeal from a judgment awarding appellees, E. Q. Rogers and wife, title and possession to about 85 acres of land based on a jury finding that appellees and those under whom they claimed had been in peaceable, adverse and continuous possession thereof, using same for grazing purposes for eleven years1 or more before November 1, 1949.
