This is an appeal from a judgment of the Ninth Judicial District Court in and for the Parish of Rapides, Louisiana, affirming a decision of the Board of Review of the Division of Employment Security of the Department of Labor, State of Louisiana, wherein the plaintiff-appellant, Odis Prenell, was denied unemployment insurance payments on the ground that he was discharged by his employer, J & M Poultry Company, for misconduct connected with his employment...
