Trimbo, doing business as St. Peter Texaco Service, commenced this action against the Minnesota Valley Natural Gas Company to recover damages on account of a fire occurring at midnight on November 17, 1958, in the Texaco gas station at St. Peter, which plaintiff had operated since 1955.
