We granted certiorari here to review the decision of the Court of Appeal of Louisiana, Parish of Orleans (now Fourth Circuit) under our supervisory jurisdiction. See Katz v. Singerman, 238 La. 915, 117 So.2d 56; also, Katz v. Singerman, La.App., 120 So.2d 670.

We concur with the Trial Court and the Court of Appeal on the following findings...
