This is a suit by Carlo Dipuma, as petitioner, against Claire Helen McAlphin Dipuma and Thomas W. Kleinpeter, as defendants, to have petitioner recognized to be the owner of a certain piece of real estate. Exceptions of no cause or right of action were filed by Claire Helen McAlphin Dipuma and Thomas W.
