This is an action brought by appellees, Ulysses Powell and Nedra L. Powell, to recover judgment for possession of certain real estate from appellants, Thomas R. Strasser and Margaret E. Strasser, and to recover damages for alleged unlawful possession of the real estate, after notice to vacate had been served upon appellants.
