Plaintiff sued Saginaw City Lines, Inc., to recover damages for injuries allegedly suffered on January 22, 1958, in a fall after she stepped off defendant's bus.

The case was tried in the lower court without a jury. Judgment was entered in plaintiff's favor. Defendant appeals, raising the following questions:
