The sole question on appeal is whether or not there is substantial evidence to support this finding. In the latter part of June, 1956 claimant, while employed as a school custodian, undertook the removal of the varnish from a gymnasium floor. In this work he used approximately 40 gallons of Brulin's Varnish Remover, a substance containing 80% methylene chloride, a toxic agent. On the third day of this operation, claimant felt sudden chest pains, which he had never experienced...
