This is an action brought by the appellant, Southern Indiana Gas and Electric Company against the appellees, John A. Gerhardt and Edith Gerhardt (and others not involved in this appeal), for the purpose of acquiring by eminent domain an easement for electric transmission lines across certain lands of the appellees situated in Warrick County.
