This action involves a plot of land in the city of Detroit, Michigan, described as being bounded by Woodward Avenue, Michigan Avenue, Griswold Street and Fort Street, a part of the Campus Martius, lying westerly of Woodward Avenue, and a building on such land that has come to be known as "Old City Hall."
