This is an action of contract in which the plaintiff, D'Orsay Equipment Co., Inc., a Massachusetts corporation with its principal place of business in Malden, Massachusetts, seeks to recover $11,248.88 from the defendant, United States Rubber Company, a New Jersey corporation.
