This is an appeal from an order of the Public Service Commission of Indiana requiring appellant railroads to establish and maintain a minimum scale of rates for the transportation of manufactured iron and steel articles in intrastate commerce within the State of Indiana. All motor carriers were likewise required to establish and maintain the same minimum rates.
