PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged, tried and convicted in the municipal court of the city of Des Moines for the offense of operating his automobile without a current inspection seal on it, in violation of section 30-846 of the municipal code of the city. He was fined $25 and costs and in default of payment was ordered confined to jail for five days. From this conviction defendant appealed to the district court of Polk county. Trial there resulted in his conviction...
