PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged, tried and convicted in the municipal court of the city of Des Moines for the offense of operating his automobile without a current inspection seal on it, in violation of section 30-846 of the municipal code of the city. He was fined $25 and costs and in default of payment was ordered confined to jail for five days. From this conviction defendant appealed to the district court of Polk county.
