This is an action for debt due and owing. The Plaintiffs are Mr. and Mrs. Robert R. Rowe, suing in their own right, and the executor of Mrs. Dorothy G. Rowe. The Rowes were the owners of a parcel of real estate known as 1610 New Hampshire Avenue, in Washington, D. C.
