Ruby Millhorn brought an action in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, against The Donaldson Baking Company for personal injuries claimed to have been suffered by her while riding as a passenger in an automobile driven by her husband. The accident occurred at the intersection of State Routes 303 and 91, in the village of Hudson, Summit County, Ohio.
