Sam Bigham, plaintiff in the trial court, sued Metal Structures Corporation, as defendant, to recover certain commissions claimed to have been earned by him while employed by defendant. Defendant company manufactures, sells and erects steel buildings. Plaintiff had been employed by defendant on a commission basis to sell steel buildings. Three transactions are involved.
