This is an action in which plaintiffs seek damages for an alleged breach of contract. On March 20, 1959, plaintiffs entered into a contract with defendant to purchase a house and lot. The contract was memorialized in a Steven-Ness "Earnest Money Receipt" form consisting of one page.
