JACKSON, J.:

After a full trial by a jury, the appellant was convicted of robbery in the first degree in the district court and sentenced to twenty years to life imprisonment under the habitual criminal statute, G.S. 1949, 21-107a. He has appealed the conviction to this court and has assigned ten alleged errors in the trial of the case.
