On April 1, 1956 Warren F. Schroeder and Helen L. Schroeder conveyed a parcel of real property by deed which contained the usual covenant against incumbrances and in which defendants Koffman now appear as grantees. The complaint alleges the existence of an incumbrance, and the action is against the Koffmans for breach of covenant.
