(Pete) Smith, and intervener Pansy Ruth Williams Lloyd, joined by her husband, William Richard Lloyd, from a summary judgment in favor of Frank R. Graves, administrator of the estate of Alice Johnson Robitaille, deceased, and Mrs. Ada Jackson, who claims to be the owner of a portion of said estate.
