This is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Relator is presently confined at Green Haven Prison, Stormville, New York. On April 3, 1958, relator was convicted in the County Court of Suffolk County of manslaughter in the first degree. He was sentenced on April 23, 1958, as a second felony offender, to an indeterminate term of 25 to 40 years in prison. The conviction was unanimously affirmed...
