This is an appeal from a decree overruling demurrer to a bill in equity.

The complainants are the heirs of Dallas Ledbetter, deceased, who died intestate in 1943. The respondents are the widow and heirs of C. H. Ledbetter, deceased, who died intestate in March, 1955. Dallas and C. H. were brothers.
