A dispute arose between appellants and appellee as to the boundaries of the land included within the terms of a lease and as to the rights granted by the lease. Appellee, as a remote assignee of the lease and the owner of a building on the leased premises brought this action against appellants, successors in interest to the feodum simplex title of the real estate, seeking damages for trespass and injunctive relief.
