Per Curiam.

Charges of professional misconduct, unethical practices, deceit and conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice have been preferred against the above-named attorney respondent (hereinafter called respondent). His answer set up issues of fact and the matter was referred to a Justice of the Supreme Court (whom we shall refer to as the Hearing Officer) to hear the issues and to report his findings to this court.
