This is an appeal from the decree of the chancellor which sustained demurrers to the appellant's bill of complaint without leave to amend.

The bill challenged the validity of a lease between the appellee Valley Green, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Valley) as lessor, and the appellee, Baltimore County, Maryland, as lessee. The appellee County had filed an answer to the bill which raised affirmative defenses...
