ARLENE DOLL HOMES, INC. v. MODERN WOOD INDUSTRIES, INC.

No. 61-27.

133 So.2d 458 (1961)

ARLENE DOLL HOMES, INC., a Florida corporation, Appellant, v. MODERN WOOD INDUSTRIES, INC., a Florida corporation, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida. Third District.

Rehearing Denied October 24, 1961.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Malspeis & Baker, No. Miami, for appellant.

Phillips & Phillips, Miami, for appellee.

Before PEARSON, TILLMAN, C.J., and HORTON and HENDRY, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

The defendant appeals a final judgment based upon findings for the plaintiff at the conclusion of a non-jury trial. The only point raised is the sufficiency of the evidence to support one of the findings of the trial judge. The record is not complete upon the point raised and we therefore affirm the trial judge upon authority of Greene v. Hoiriis, Fla.App. 1958, 103 So.2d 226
