McBRIDE, Judge.

A taxicab of which the defendants were chauffeur and owner, respectively, ran into and practically demolished a Buick automobile owned by the plaintiffs which was parked and unattended at the sidewalk curb of the uptown-bound roadway of LaSalle Street near Toledano Street, on the afternoon of July 17, 1959. This suit is filed for recovery of the amount of said damage, plaintiffs alleging the cab was not under proper control and that its driver failed...
