On June 16, 1958, defendant, Hayes Boulton, was indebted to plaintiff, Charles H. White, on a judgment in the sum of $3,517.50. Plaintiff claims that on that date Mutual Service Casualty Company was indebted to defendant in the same amount under a policy of automobile liability insurance.
