Weldon Dalton, Jr.", praying judgment "in favor of your petitioner, J. Weldon Dalton, father of the minor J. Weldon Dalton, Jr.", in the sum of $5,194.78, as a consequence of an October 13, 1958, intersectional collision between automobiles driven by plaintiff's minor son and defendant.
