Elsie McKissick, petitioner, has procured our review of a decision of the Railroad Retirement Board, respondent, denying her claim to certain unemployment benefits under the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act, 45 U.S.C.A. §§ 351-367. The act was amended May 19, 1959 by Public Law 86-28, 73 Stat. 30, see 45 U.S.C.A. § 352(c). One effect of the amendment was to extend the period for unemployment benefits up to 130 additional...
