The appellants, Benjamin F. Wright and wife, Ada Wright, Robert B. Bussey and wife, Christine Bussey, and Elmer L. Wright and wife, Beth Wright, brought suit against appellees, Max Rosenbaum and Reinhard Rosenbaum, doing business as Wayside Department Store No. 1, the action being for slander and for conversion of certain dresses. At the conclusion of all testimony the court sustained the motion of appellees to return a verdict in their favor...
