Plaintiffs1 (appellants) brought this diversity action for reformation of two agreements between plaintiffs and defendants2 (appellees), relating to oil and gas leases in Oklahoma, and for an accounting in accord with such reformed agreements. In a separate count, plaintiffs sought a judgment for violation of the express terms of the agreements.
