This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered in behalf of the defendant in a suit filed by Mrs. Ziona Bussey and her subrogee/assignee against the Trinity Universal Insurance Company. Prior to the institution of such suit the same plaintiffs had procured a judgment against R. A.
