This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, entered upon a jury verdict in favor of the defendant in an action to recover for property damage and personal injuries allegedly sustained as the result of a collision between automobiles driven by the plaintiff, Harry V. Beatty, and the defendant, Farald L. Riegel.
