Appellant, Bud Stovall, was convicted of second degree murder (§ 41-2206 Ark. Stats.) for the death of Ed Hulsey; and this appeal resulted. The motion for new trial contains twenty-one assignments, all of which we have studied, and some of which we now discuss.
