HUGHES, Justice.

M. B. Rudman and others, who own the working interest in and who operate six gas wells in the Buffalo and South Buffalo fiels in Leon County seek, by this suit filed by them, to justify the production of gas valued at $76,000 from such wells during the months of August, September, October, November and December, 1959, in excess of the amount of production fixed by the Railroad Commission of Texas for such wells for such periods.
