This appeal brings here for review an order entered in a proceeding in bankruptcy.

Rose Florence May, hereinafter referred to as the bankrupt, filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy and an order of adjudication was entered. Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, hereinafter referred to as Fidelity, was a creditor. On November 4, 1959, the first meeting of creditors was held at which Fidelity examined the bankrupt.
