This is a suit by 2 partner-attorneys to recover for legal services allegedly rendered to defendant in pursuance of due retainer. The issue as tried was whether defendant had ever engaged plaintiff George as legal counsel. Trial to the court resulted in a judgment for plaintiff in the amount of $1,603.91.
