Defendant Bly was found guilty, as charged in Count I of conspiracy to commit forgery (Pen. Code, §§ 182, 470), and as charged in Counts II, III, IV and V, forgery of fictitious name (Pen. Code, § 470). Two prior felony convictions were found true as alleged.
