This appeal concerns the proper construction to be placed upon item 3 of the will of J.J. Roach, deceased. The testator died on April 20, 1959 leaving of full force and effect his will dated April 2, 1951. In item 3 of his will he gave the sum of $18,000.00 to his foster son, T.J.
