This is an action brought by the plaintiff hospital of Burlington, against the defendant towns, both of Grand Isle County, for expenses incurred by the hospital in the care and treatment of one Arthur Perreault. The case was heard by the Chittenden County Court, findings of fact were made, and judgment was entered for both of the defendant towns.
