Bernyce Belitz brought this action in equity as plaintiff in the district court for Douglas County against the City of Omaha, a municipal corporation, defendant, to obtain a judgment directing the defendant to pay plaintiff a pension in the sum of $102.50 a month from May 16, 1954, to the date of plaintiff's death or remarriage.
