The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. James Miles, Appellant

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

Judgment reversed on the law, and the action remitted to the said County Court for compliance with section 480 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and for such further proceedings as may be proper upon the verdict of guilty after compliance with said section. The findings of fact implicit in the jury's verdict are affirmed.
