Mohawk Liqueur Corporation, herein referred to as taxpayer, paid certain assessed income and excess profits tax deficiencies and now sues for a refund. The facts have been stipulated. Taxpayer manufactures and sells various liqueurs, wines, and distilled liquors and thus was liable for, and paid, certain federal taxes (floor stocks taxes) on its stocks of distilled spirits.
