These three cases were brought by the Secretary of Labor, United States Department of Labor, to enjoin the respective defendants from violating the provisions of Section 15(a) (2) of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 215 (a) (2). The cases were joined for trial as a matter of convenience as they arose out of similar fact situations and involve the same type violation.
