This action was begun 18 September 1959 to recover damages for personal injuries inflicted in the collision of automobiles at the intersection of Elm Street and U. S. Highway 264 in Greenville on the night of 25 March 1959. Plaintiff was an occupant of an automobile owned by his father, Sam R. Adler, driven at the time of the collision by D. T. Calhoun.
