This is an action to recover property damages resulting from a fire which allegedly was caused by the negligent manufacture and installation of a furnace.

The jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendants Kriwanek, individually, and Carl P. Kriwanek, doing business as La Brea Heating and Air Conditioning Company.
